Isa has worked in the child care field since the age of 17, when she first started volunteering during her summer break. This is when the love for children and the childcare field became a passion. From there, she obtained her Early Childhood Education diploma at Humber College and immediately began working in the field. Isa became a Registered Early Childhood Educator, and has an exceptional standing with the College of Early Childhood Education. She worked as an RECE for five years when the dream of opening her own childcare centre became a reality.
Isa's passion for learning, children's well-being and development is what she uses to make Together We Grow a success. Today, Isa strives to make Together We Grow a place where parents can count on their children to receive the best care there is to offer. She has created a centre in which the staff and the parents have always maintained a great rapport, and has built a great little community with the children.
Isa is a proud mother of a little boy who gives her the motivation and drive to ensure that her centre also can provide a nurturing place for others children as well as hers. She continues to learn and educate herself and her staff with new teaching techniques, and attending workshops. Isa’s goal is to have every family that has joined or has been with Together We Grow to have a memorable and lasting experience knowing that we have made a difference in their child’s life.
