When Together We Grow Learning & Childcare Centre undertakes a Field Trip, we will follow the following procedures:
- The adult/child ratio will be minimum 1 adult to 3 children.
- The teacher will take a card file with the emergency information on each child attending the field trip.
- All field trips will either be “walking” field trips, or a hired bus will be used to transport the students between the school and the desired destination.
- Permission forms will be distributed to the parents, and collected prior to departure.
- All field trip locations will have access to a telephone.
