The Ministry requires Together We Grow to collect certain information about its students (enrolment packages, immunization info, emergency contacts etc.) This information is kept on file in the main office which is located at the front entrance of the building. With the exception of one emergency card which is required to be available in the classroom.
This information is available to the Supervisor and staff in case of an emergency. Our Staff have signed a confidentiality policy in which they agree not to disclose any information pertaining to a child or his/her family at the school. All information is to remain confidential.
Together We Grow reserves the right to modify, or supplement the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes made will be posted on our website, and the revised policy and changes will also be available upon request.
